2 · INFORMATION WE MAY PROCESS

The website currently does not require an account, direct checkout or registration. We may process:

• information you voluntarily send by email, including your email address and message;
• technical information required to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, browser/device information, request logs and security events, as processed by hosting or infrastructure providers;
• connection data (such as your IP address and browser/device information) that your browser sends to BeatStars if, and only if, you choose to load the BeatStars player (see section 5).

3 · HOW WE USE INFORMATION

Information may be used to reply to enquiries, discuss potential music or licensing requests, operate and protect the website, prevent abuse and meet applicable legal obligations. The legal basis depends on the context and may include steps requested before entering into an agreement, legitimate interests in operating and securing the site, consent where applicable, and compliance with legal obligations. Loading the BeatStars player is based on your consent, given by pressing the “Load player” button.

4 · COOKIES & TRACKING

VEYNE does not currently intentionally use advertising or analytics cookies on this website. Infrastructure providers may use strictly technical mechanisms necessary for security and delivery. The BeatStars player, which may use its own cookies or similar technologies, is not loaded until you choose to load it (see section 5). If analytics or other tracking technologies are added, this notice should be updated before or when those features go live.

5 · BEATSTARS PLAYER, EXTERNAL SERVICES & LINKS

The Beats section can show a player provided by BeatStars. It is not loaded when you open the page: it loads only after you press “Load player”. When you do, your browser connects to player.beatstars.com, and BeatStars receives your IP address and browser/device information and may use cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy policy. If you do not press the button, no connection to BeatStars for the player is made. You can also open the store directly on BeatStars from the link next to the button.

The website links to third-party services such as BeatStars, Instagram and YouTube. When you follow those links, the third party may process information under its own privacy policy. Purchases or licensing completed through BeatStars are handled on BeatStars rather than directly on this website.

6 · SERVICE PROVIDERS & INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING

Technical service providers (for example website hosting and content-delivery services such as Cloudflare, and the email provider) may process limited information on our behalf to host, secure or operate the website and email. Some providers may process data outside your country. Where required, appropriate legal safeguards should be used for international transfers.

Personal information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to messages, maintaining business records where required and protecting legal rights.
